Role:

Ensure overall management of the shop, taking care of every aspect of the outlet's operation, including the implementation of brand values, and increase results and profitability.

 

Responsibilities:

• Overall shop management;
• Team leader and organiser;
• Compliance with cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards;
• Customer service;
• Dealing with complaints;
• Anticipating and solving problems;
• Compliance with legal requirements;
• Training and career development of team;
• Team recruitment.
